Hi, I’m Blake Candreva—owner and lead advisor at Nevada Retirement Planners and Nevada Senior Advisors.

I was born and raised right here in beautiful Reno, Nevada. I attended Huffaker Elementary, Pine Middle School, Galena High School, and later earned my degree in Communications with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno. My love for this community runs deep—I even served in the Nevada Air National Guard for six years, including one deployment overseas. One of the things I cherish most about this area is how quickly you can escape into nature; in just 15 minutes, you’re away from the hustle and into the outdoors. That connection to both community and nature has kept me rooted here.

With over a decade of experience in financial services, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals and families plan confidently for retirement. As a fiduciary advisor holding both the Series 7 and Series 66 examinations, I always put my clients’ best interests first—offering guidance without commission-driven pressure or product bias.

In 2025, I proudly took over Nevada Retirement Planners and Nevada Senior Advisors from longtime and well-respected advisor Eric Cheek, who officially retired on July 1. While Eric has stepped away from day-to-day operations, he remains a trusted resource during this transition to ensure continued care and support for our clients.
